Sunistano LLC aims to provide our customers outstanding service and high-quality, accurate, and timely order fulfillment. All products are harvested, cleaned, inspected, hand-selected, packaged, and delivered to third-party providers by expert staff prior to shipment and ship as described. However, we realize that there are a number of post-shipment factors beyond our control that can affect product quality and viability and that, in rare instances, errors do occur! We will do our best to make it right, as outlined below:
Returns
Due to the perishable nature of our products and the increased risk of transmitting plant-born pathogens to our facilities from in-bound returns, we have a no return policy with some exceptions. In rare instances, we will accept returns within 7 days of receipt, at the sole discretion of Sunistano LLC staff.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To request a return, e-mail justin.fast[at]sunistano.com with subject "Return Request" and a brief description of the reason for your return request.
If your return is accepted, we’ll notify you via e-mail and provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right. Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as plant seeds, tubers, or plants) and custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return (or a photograph, in the case of perishable items) to let you know whether or not the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
